Terms and Conditions

Thank you for choosing Blissful Method LLC! These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the residential and commercial cleaning and organizing services provided by Blissful Method LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) to you (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) in Los Angeles County, California.

Binding Agreement
By booking, scheduling, or otherwise requesting a cleaning or organizing service from Blissful Method LLC, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Service Scope & Time Limit

All cleaning and organizing services will be performed for a set amount of time, as agreed between the client and the company before the service begins. Any additional time beyond that will be charged at $80 per hour, billed in 15-minute increments.

2. Cancellations & Missed Appointments

Cancellations made within 24 hours of a scheduled appointment will be charged 50% of the quoted service fee. If our team arrives and is unable to access the property or is turned away, this is considered a cancellation and will be billed accordingly.

3. Independent Contractors

All personnel performing services are independent contractors, not employees of Blissful Method LLC. While we coordinate and screen our team members, Blissful Method LLC is not responsible for their conduct, performance, or actions. Customer is prohibited from contacting team members of Blissful Method directly, or requesting / obtaining their contact information.

4. Loss or Damage Disclaimer

Blissful Method LLC is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal or real property, regardless of whether it results from the performance of services or the use of any products.

5. No Guarantees or Warranties after 24 hours

We make no guarantees or warranties, express or implied, regarding the results, quality, or outcomes of cleaning and organizing services provided beyond 24 hours after completion of the service.

6. Right to Refuse Service

Blissful Method LLC reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to health, safety, or accessibility concerns.

7. Team Composition

We may assign one or more team members to perform your service, and we reserve the right to change or rotate personnel at our discretion without prior notice. If you have a specific request regarding team members, it must be submitted in writing or through our booking system in advance.

8. Payment Terms & Late Fees

Full payment is due as indicated on the invoice or upon request by the company. If payment is not received within 24 hours of the payment request being sent, a $100 late fee will apply, plus an additional $20 for each day the balance remains unpaid.

9. Arbitration Agreement

Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Los Angeles County, California, at your sole expense, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

10. Supplies and Products

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Blissful Method may provide cleaning and organizing supplies. In some cases, the Customer may provide necessary cleaning and organizing products. We can discuss needs in advance and accommodate by agreement. Blissful Method is not responsible for any damage caused by products provided by the client.

11. Special Requests

Requests for specific or additional services must be made in advance of the scheduled appointment. We reserve the right to refuse or modify such requests based on scope, timing, or conditions.

12. Additional Charges for Expanded Services

Your base service does not include certain specialized tasks (e.g., cleaning windows, appliances, scrubbing the floors, garages, or organizing closets or storage areas). These may result in additional time, material, or service charges, which will be discussed before proceeding when possible.

13. Property Condition and Adjusted Pricing

We reserve the right to change the quoted price if, upon inspection of the property, we determine that substantially more work is required due to conditions such as excessive clutter, deterioration, or other disruptions that would delay or hinder service.

14. Property Access

It is the Customer’s responsibility to ensure that we have timely and safe access to the premises. Customer is responsible for providing adequate parking on site. Any fees and/or penalties for parking may be billed to the customer as an added expense. Delays or failures to access may result in charges as outlined in Section 2.

15. Customer Responsibilities: 

  • Secure or remove valuables and fragile items prior to service;
  • Provide a safe and accessible working environment for our team;
  • Notify us in advance of any pets on the premises;
  • Clearly communicate specific service requests or limitations in advance.
  • Before our professional cleaners arrive, please ensure that any objects that might obstruct the cleaning process are put away. This includes, but is not limited to, boxes, children’s toys, clothing, food items, dirty dishes (unless dishwashing is included in the service), bathroom products on sinks, and any items scattered on the floor.

 

16. Presence of people in the house

For optimal safety and efficiency, we recommend that no one remains in the home while cleaning is in progress, especially due to hazards such as wet floors. If you cannot leave the property entirely, please avoid occupying the same room where cleaning is being performed. This helps our team work effectively without disruption or safety concerns.

17. Parking

The Client must provide a safe and accessible parking space in close proximity to the service location for the duration of the scheduled cleaning or organizing service. If on-site or nearby parking is not available, Blissful Method LLC reserves the right to charge additional fees to cover parking expenses, including but not limited to street meters, parking structures, or extended walking distances that impact service time.

18. Termination

Either party may cancel ongoing services at any time with reasonable notice. Charges for services already performed or for late cancellations will still apply.

19. Hold Harmless Agreement

By requesting or using our services, the Customer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Blissful Method LLC, including its owners, executives, employees, agents, and independent contractors, from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising out of or related to:

  • The condition of the property before, during, or after services are rendered;
  • The performance or non-performance of services;
  • The use or presence of cleaning and organizing products or equipment;
  • Any alleged acts or omissions by Blissful Method LLC or its team;
  • Any third-party claims resulting from services rendered.
  • This hold harmless provision applies to all claims of every kind or nature, whether known or unknown, anticipated or unanticipated, disclosed or undisclosed, and regardless of the legal theory asserted, including but not limited to negligence, breach of contract, or strict liability.

 

20. Changes to Terms

Blissful Method LLC may update or revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
